The dental office renovations for Dr. London on Church Street in Conord NC consisted of an 800 SF addtion and a complete renovation of their exisitng 1,600 SF building. Since Lorenz Architecture completes several dental offices every year the dental equipment supplier reccommended Lorenz for the job.

A local contractor sought out Lorenz Architecture to be their design partner for this 6000 SF medical office building in Concord, NC. The contractor was searching for a design firm that was comfortable working in the design/build delivery method and was experienced in medical and dental office design. The design team worked closely with the owner and the construction team to create a building that could be built within budget. Marie Kelly, DDS is the main tenant and Lorenz Architecture designed this upfit. The most unique feature of her dental office is the application of the most up to date technology in all her examination rooms.

The firm’s principal, Paul Lorenz, was the Project Architect for this 2 building medical office and surgery center complex located in Winter Park, FL. The 2 story, 35,000 SF medical office building includes patient lobbies, administrative offices, exam rooms, and doctor offices. The building is located on lake front property and the design team took advantage of this vista to provide the employees and patients a relaxing and natural experience. Adjacent to this is the 10,000 SF outpatient surgery center also handled by Lorenz.

This project included some unique design challenges dealing with adjacent buildings, specialized medical equipment and patient privacy.
