This 3 building 80,000 SF mixed use retail/office center will create a new shopping destination for residents in Cabarrus County. Currently under construction, each building is 2-story with exteriors that are designed to fit into the traditional neighborhoods that surround this project. Lorenz Architecture is also designing the upfits which include medical and law offices, restaurants, and a pharmacy.

Because of Lorenz Architecture’s experience with retail and office buildings, two developers with the Locust Town Center commissioned the firm to design and prepare construction documents for two mixed use buildings. The Market Street building, a 2 story 22,000 sf mixed use building and the Austin Building, a 2 story 36,000 sf building are a part of the development consisting of several commercial and residential buildings that will make up Locust’s Center City. Lorenz Architecture also designed a third, 4,000 sf building fronting 24/27. The firm will be preparing all upfit drawings.
