After meeting with the owner and gaining a solid understanding of his need, the design team suggested that the Design/Build delivery method be used in order to meet the tight schedule and budget constraints for this project. Working with the owner, a contractor was selected for the team and the design of this 7,000 SF office began immediately. This project was completed on time and within budget.
