After being contacted by a local contractor to be their design partner for this 24,000 SF medical office building, Paul Lorenz was assigned as the project architect for this project. Working closely with the owner and the contractor he developed a design for the facility that was easy to build and met the program of the tenants. Paul’s team was focused on meeting the needs of both the owner and contractor by staying on schedule and meeting deadlines.
