Lorenz Architecture was sought out by a team, including the end user, developer and contractor, searching for a design partner who could add value to this project and had experience in successfully completing complicated design/build projects. The design team built a relationship with all parties and worked tirelessly to meet the deadlines and budget constraints of this project. This project included some unique design challenges dealing with adjacent buildings, specialized medical equipment and patient privacy.
