After successfully working with this developer to master plan and design the renovation and additions to the adaptive reuse project at Concord Creamery, Lorenz Architecture was retained to design these new 2-story 25,000 SF Class A office condos to be built on site. The exterior of these buildings were carefully designed to match the creamery and to appear as if they had always been on site. Each floor has room for 3-4 condos per floor and the building has a central lobby with traditional high end finishes and elevators. Lorenz Architecture will also be designing the upfits for the tenants. The first building is still awaiting approval for construction.
