When the developer of a new business park wanted to work with an architect who understood his goals and objectives he retained Lorenz Architecture. The Lorenz Architecture design team was tasked with designing multiple speculative and build-to-suit buildings in this park. One of these building is the Corporate Office of Jani-King. This 6,000 SF office building has a warm and welcoming atrium and lobby for clients and visitors and also lots of window to allow natural light for employees. The interior has several conference rooms, offices and open plan office areas, break areas, and a warehouse for storing supplies for its teams.
