The firm’s principal, Paul Lorenz, was the Project Architect for this 2 building medical office and surgery center complex located in Winter Park, FL. The 2 story, 35,000 SF medical office building includes patient lobbies, administrative offices, exam rooms, and doctor offices. The building is located on lake front property and the design team took advantage of this vista to provide the employees and patients a relaxing and natural experience. Adjacent to this is the 10,000 SF outpatient surgery center also handled by Lorenz.
