Crossroads UMC, one of the fastest growing congregations in Cabarrus County selected Lorenz Architecture to design a 25,000 SF fellowship and classroom addition.

The building was a dedicated to the congregation’s youth. The main hall can accommodate up to 500 students and can be utilized as an auditorium or a theatre. The facility also accommodates offices, classrooms, restrooms, and a café.

Lorenz Architecture established a scope of work and prepared a large site model prior to the start of schematic designs and finally construction drawings.  Lorenz had to make certain the budget for the project was not exceeded prior to construction.

Lorenz Architecture will be contracted to design the congregation’s new 2,500 seat sanctuary before 2012.
