Architecture was retained by a developer to Master Plan a 500,000
SF retail and restaurant power center located at one of Cabarrus
Counties busiest I-85 interchanges. The current plan includes
7 buildings that are a mix of stand alone retail, restaurants,
and multi-tenant retail. Currently, the design team is moving
forward with the final designs of the shell building and working
with the developers to finalize leases. Lorenz Architecture has
continued to work with the developer to obtain all zoning changes
and assisted with the other government approvals. This project
is schedule to begin construction in 2007.
