Lorenz Architecture is serving as the architect for this Design Build project with DR. Mozeley Construction Company. The scope of the project includes taking an existing Corner Pantry store and transforming it into a combination Pantry Store and Subway Restaurant. In addition the owner wanted to create a more upscale exterior to blend with other retail establishments nearby. This is one of several ongoing projects for the team of DR Mozeley and Lorenz Architecture.
