Lorenz Architecture was selected to be the architect of record for this 18,000 SF multi tenant professional office building located in Southern Concord near I-85. The owner selected Lorenz Architect because of their constant communication with their clients and good working relationships with contractors. The site of the building was extremely tight and the design team worked closely with the city to ensure the building was within all zoning requirements before construction began. The shell was completed in 2006 and Lorenz Architecture has completed a 3000 SF upfit for Carolina Medical Clinic.
